ERGO series knives are made of forged stainless steel. This steel is very hard and resistant to mechanical damage: no scratches, chips or other defects.
The blades contain a lot of carbon, which provides an impeccable sharpness, but increases the risk of corrosion. Therefore, if you notice any stains, they should be removed immediately using a special stainless steel cleaner. Never leave cutlery in a humid environment.
The side parts of the support are made of transparent polycarbonate, which makes it very easy for the housewife to choose the right knife.
The VIRGOLA box includes 5 ERGO knives: ham knife (23 cm*), bread knife (20 cm*), chef's knife (20 cm*), all-purpose knife (12.5 cm*), butcher's knife ( 20 cm*).
The set is available in two colors: bleached wood and tobacco.
Care: Simply wipe the wooden stand with a soft damp cloth and wash the knives by hand, as well as in the dishwasher at a temperature not exceeding 50-55 degrees.
