Returns: All products are final sale unless there is an issue covered by our 30-day exchange guarantee or products that were purchased with a protection plan.

Pick-up in store: Following an online order with the pick-up in store delivery method, the customer has 30 days to pick up the order otherwise it will be put back on sale and there will be a full refund.

Guaranteed online return : All products must be returned to OBOX LIQUIDATION in good condition. The product must meet the following conditions:

  • Have all original labels and stickers
  • Be in its original packaging (undamaged).

OBOX liquidation reserves the right to refuse a return that does not comply with these conditions and to return it to the buyer at the latter's expense. Restocking fees may apply.

Warranty : OBOX liquidation offers 30 days of warranty following the date of purchase as well as extended warranties of up to 1 year on the proper functioning of the items purchased. We will be happy to offer you an exchange or store credit if there is a defect or operating problem. The warranty is not applicable if the product is scratched, physically damaged or if the screen is broken.
