WHAT ARE THE WARRANTIES ON THE PRODUCTS?
We offer 30 days basic warranty on all products. We also have 3 month, 6 month and 12 month protection plans.
WHAT IS AN OPEN BOX?
Our open boxes are products that have been opened to verify that all parts were present and that the item is in perfect condition to be covered by our warranty.
WHERE DO WE SHIP?
We deliver all our items by mail across Canada and the United States with the exception of televisions over 55 inches and items weighing 35KG and more. However, products that cannot be delivered by mail can be delivered locally within a 75 KM radius of the Piedmont store.
DELIVERY TIME?
Our orders are usually shipped within 2 to 4 business days.

Branches and customer service are open Saturday-Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Thursday-Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
