To make a return request:

  1. Connect to your customer account .
  2. Select the tab "Commands" .
  3. Click on "Return request" on the order containing the item to be returned.
  4. Select the reason for the return .
  5. A service associate will evaluate the request, and you will receive your return label by email if applicable.
