Sales Associate – Electronics, Televisions, and Open Box Products

Obox Liquidation, located in Saint-Jérôme, Quebec, is seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team.

At Obox Liquidation, we specialize in the liquidation of electronic products, televisions, small appliances, audio devices, computer accessories, and many open-box, refurbished, and inventory surplus products. Our mission is to offer major brand products at reduced prices while contributing to more responsible consumption.

We are looking for someone passionate about technology, televisions, electronic devices, and customer service, who enjoys learning and advising customers to help them discover the benefits of open-box and liquidation products.

Workplace:
OBOX Store in Saint-Jérôme (Quebec)

Schedule:
15 to 35 hours per week (part-time)

Your Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome customers and provide an exceptional shopping experience.
• Advise customers on the choice of televisions, electronic devices, small appliances, and open-box products.
• Explain the benefits of liquidation, refurbished, and open-box products to help customers make an informed choice.
• Develop your knowledge of different brands, technologies, and product features to provide the best advice.
• Answer customer questions professionally.
• Prepare customer orders.
• Package and ship online orders.
• Participate in opening and closing the store.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment.
• Resolve customer situations courteously and professionally.

Requirements

• High school diploma (Secondary V) or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a similar position in retail sales or customer service.
• Available to work evenings and weekends.
• Clean criminal record.
• Good physical condition (ability to lift more than 25 lbs).
• Fluent in spoken and written French. English is an asset.
