Is there a hold on my card?
Yes. A temporary hold for the value of your item is placed on your card when your gift card is issued. It is released once your item arrives and its condition is verified.
What do I receive?
An OBOX gift card for the value of your trade-in. Trade in more than one item and the combined value comes as a single gift card.
What if my item is worth more than what I am buying?
Gift cards are multi-use, so any balance left after your order stays on the card for a future purchase at OBOX.
Can I use it on an order I have already placed?
No. The gift card cannot be applied to an order after checkout, so start your trade-in before you buy.
How do you decide what my item is worth?

What if my item is assessed differently from how I described it?
